Consistently exceeds

Consistently meets expectations of the level/role on the indicated behaviours for the competency.

Falls short of expectations of the level/role on the indicated behaviours for the competency / Demonstrates progress towards proficiency and sometimes meets expectations.

Employees are to identify 1 to 2 competencies to develop in the upcoming performance period and complete one development plan for each competency selected. Manager and next level manager to review and approve plan for the upcoming year.

At year-end, employee, manager and next level manager (if appropriate) to provide feedback and observations based on progress made against plan. No rating will be assigned.
